Chef Anna Choi spent her early career in visual design, training her eye for composition, restraint, and meaningful detail — instincts that would later define her cooking.

Copenhagen

Training at Noma

A pivotal stage at Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen shaped her understanding of ingredient-driven cooking, fermentation, and the deep respect a chef owes to the land.

Back to Canada

She returned to Ontario carrying both Korean heritage and Nordic discipline — searching for a way to honour both in a single kitchen.

Koreanna Kitchen Opens

Founded in Milton, Koreanna Kitchen serves the GTA with two intertwined missions: refined catering for private and corporate clients, and a growing line of artisan retail foods.
